Soprano Rachael Long has captivated a wide range of audiences from intimate coffee shops to the Auditorium Theatre.
She has recently performed at the Academy of Music for Opera Philadelphia’s Simon Boccanegra, and had the honor of being chosen as a semi-finalist for MIOpera's International Vocal Competition.
She has performed with the Salt Creek Chamber Orchestra as the Soprano Soloist for Handel's Messiah, Susanna (Il segreto di Susanna) with Evanston Chamber Opera and Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), and Serafina (cover-Il campanello) with New Moon Opera. Other roles include Nedda (Pagliacci), Countess Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro), Corinna and Delia (Il Viaggio a Reims) and La dame in Poulenc’s La dame de Monte Carlo.
